It's a huge topic to cover but Paula expertly breaks it down to the fundamentals which can be easily implemented especially with regards to email marketing. This is not going to drive you crazy trying to understand the different terms because Paula explains each section simply for you to understand. She is also clear that she can not give legal advice but gives you pointers for who best to contact for further information. Definitely worth doing this short course if legal procedures have been on your to-do list for ages but you've been too scared to dive in!
